CHECK IT OUTToday we’re making Pico de Gallo with Olive Oil. Pico de Gallo is everyone’s favorite dip because it’s crunchy, refreshing, and the flavors just explode in your mouth! Sometimes I just take spoonfuls straight! Pico de Gallo is a well known Mexican side-dish but many just call it “salsa.” I also like to add some good extra virgin olive oil for a little European flavor. Serve Pico de Gallo with Olive Oil with tortilla chips at dinners or parties and the guests are probably gonna dig into the appetizers more than the meal itself! I also add Pico de Gallo to liven up my quesadilla, fried eggs, omelette, and even pizza! WHAT YOU NEEDServing size: 43 tomatoes1 onion2 spicy green peppers (Jalapeno is best, but 청양고추 works fine).1 lime (if you don’t have lime, use lemon)50g olive oil2 cloves of garlicsalt to taste DO IT THIS WAY1. First, dice the tomatoes and onion. Then finely chop the garlic and spicy green pepper. 2. Add them all in a bowl and mix. Add olive oil and squeeze all the lime juice into the mix. Salt to taste.3. Mix well and enjoy!
