CHECK IT OUTOh-oh! The guests are expecting something different than just regular Korean food today! No worries, this is an appetizer using goguma (sweet potatoes), but it includes Italian seasonings and olive oil for that different-yet-similar taste. Roasted with olive oil, this goguma brings out its naturally sweet taste and you won’t be able to stop yourself from reaching for more. WHAT YOU NEED-Prep time: 5 min. Cook time: 17min.-2 goguma (sweet potatoes)-Olive oil Salt & pepper-Italian seasoning DO IT THIS WAY1. Cut the sweet potatoes till it’s as thin as your pinky.2. Lay the sweet potatoes on a pan and sprinkle salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Pour olive oil on top to let the sweet potatoes cook .3. Put them in the oven for 15 minutes at around 150 C. Make sure to keep checking the sweet potatoes so they don’t burn.4. Taste and add more salt if needed. Serve while hot!
